Tathagata Nandy grew up in India, and through his family’s travels and focus on education, developed a passion for learning that has led him to achieve extraordinary things. In fact, Tathagata has been recognized as one of HPE’s most prolific inventors for 2023, and serves as a Distinguished Technologist at HPE Aruba Networking on the Wired Switching team in Bangalore. Success isn’t to be taken for granted, though. Tathagata says he’s faced challenges in his life. During those times, his strength and motivation came from support around him, having someone to talk to, as well as a focus on his strong points, and having an attitude for learning. That’s key. 🗝️ He comes back to the power of education in his advice for others, too. “Keep the spirit of learning no matter what role you are in,” he says, noting the support of mentors at HPE, and offering three points to anchor your energy: Focus on your strengths, keep contributing, and never stop learning. 💚 #WeAreHPE #AANHPIHeritageMonth
